Verodin is excited to be in two sessions at “The Exchange” Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Forum. The Exchange” colloquium is designed for senior business executives and security practitioners from both the public and the private sector.
The event will be in Washington DC on November 2-3. Verodin will be involved in the following sessions on November 2nd.
09:30 am – 10:30 am Information Sharing, Law Enforcement, and Vulnerability Programs
This session will explore the federal legislative landscape including the Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act (CISA). We’ll discuss sharing between public and private sectors and cover corporate views on information sharing. We’ll talk about Information Sharing and Analysis Centers (ISACs) such as those seen across critical infrastructure, finance, retail, and healthcare, as well as the law enforcement landscape.
01:00 pm – 02:00 pm Fighting the Cyber War: Corporate Governance, People, and Processes
This session will focus on where we are and where we need to be. We’ll talk about lessons learned, security control prioritization and risk appetite. We’ll also discuss board responsibility for cyber and the impact of failure.
